Explore the benefits of Tai Chi
It is great for beginners! All you need is yourself, comfortable clothing and flat shoes.
Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for your entire wellbeing.
It is low impact, focuses on deep and slow breathing and connects the mind and body.
Below is a list of our main practices and their benefits.
1
Warm up
In order to set the intention, oxygenate the body, slow the breath, warm up the joints and muscles and release tension, we do a variety of qigong movements in a mindful way.
2
Qigong
5 element qigong, animal qigong, classical 8 brocades and 18 form tai chi and qigong (Shibashi) are often practiced. The movements help to further relax the body and mind, coordinate the breath and reduce stress and tension.

Tai Chi Forms
We focus on tai chi principles whilst practicing:
~ 24 Form (Yang style short form tai chi);
~ Bafa Wubu (8 forces and 5 steps);
~ Chan Gong Rou Quan (Shaolin meditation practice with soft fist).
4
Cool down
A specific set of Neigong 8 Brocades are practiced. The series of full body movements with full body breathing is designed to relax and energise the body.
